




Simplified Ads, Amplified Sales: VTEX Meets Google
With the growing need for quick decision-making in e-commerce, we identified that VTEX customers struggled to access reliable and integrated data about their stores. The proposed solution was a native integration with Google, enabling a centralized and contextualized view of store performance. The product's goal was to reduce the time needed to generate insights, improving performance and decision-making.
Through interviews with major retailers such as Carrefour and RiHappy, we uncovered gaps in the current Insights product and formed a strategic partnership with Google to create flows that unified navigation, sales, and technical performance data. The design was user-centered, allowing each user to customize their workspace with relevant widgets.
Development followed a phased approach, launching an MVP with integrations from Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, and Search Console into the VTEX Admin.
After the beta release with six clients, we observed increased usage of the analytics platform. The solution directly impacted retention by positioning VTEX as a reliable source of data, enabling faster, more informed decisions.
