The product registration area of the Winthor ERP had a confusing architecture and unintuitive flows, making users' routines difficult and leading to data entry inconsistencies. To address this challenge, we proposed a complete redesign of the registration journey, focusing on clearer information hierarchy and adaptability to different client profiles. The goal was to optimize the user experience and reduce operational errors.

We analyzed recurring feedback and lessons from previous versions, along with market benchmarks. Close collaboration with the product team was essential to align priorities and ensure technical feasibility. We mapped the ideal flow for each product type, respecting the ERP's complexity and the particularities of the various sectors it serves.

Development followed an iterative approach, with frequent testing involving real users. We implemented intelligent grouping, clearer labels, and adaptable display modes. The solution stood out for its flexibility and ability to reduce steps without compromising control or precision.

After launch, adoption of the new interface increased, with less rework and positive usability feedback. The new design strengthened the perceived value of the system and improved customer retention.
